Update!

I've been remiss on the blogging front. It's all new, so I've got to make a note to do this on a regular basis.

We just put the Sept-Oct issue of Western Shooting Horse to bed. Always a lot of last minute stuff to do--edit articles written by Ken or some of the regular contributors, write up something to fill an unexpected hole, etc. I've learned that, as we get close to deadline, I need to keep my schedule flexible; something's bound to come up.

It's never boring, that's for sure.

Should be a good issue. Articles on CMSA boy wonder Stephen (not Steven, not Steve) Wilson, the Rifle Class, equine supplements, and more. Yeah, I know, I wrote them all. It probably seems like Ken and I crank everything out. But we've got some fine contributions from Doreen Shumpert and Kim Redo. We're also looking for more writers to help out. It's not easy to do when you're still, basically a startup (even one year in). But we need additional voices and perspectives.

So if you're an excellent writer, let us know...

Pretty much lined up for the EUSC at Murfreesboro in two weeks. Still going through all the stuff we got at the last match, the Westerns in Idaho. More on that later...
